Reginald Roderick Robertson and Jeremy Arnold Walker Sr were both indicted by a Coweta County Grand Jury on October 16th, 2023.
Robertson was indicted on the following charges, please note charges marked with * are charges that were brought forward from case 2021R660 for an incident that occurred in November 2020.
This marks the first time charges have been filed in relation to Foster’s murder for co-defendant Jeremy Walker. We first reported that Walker was a person of interest last month when the DA’s office confirmed it during a hearing on a separate criminal case. The result of that case saw Walker post bond and return to Delaware.
