The following timeline of events has been compiled by NCST staff from public information sources including the Coweta County Sherriff’s Office, Coweta County Superior Court, Coweta County Jail, and the Coweta County EMA / 911 Office. Every attempt has been made to ensure accuracy to original documents and reports, where a conflict seems to exist any substitution by NCST is clearly noted.
Editor’s Note: There are a few events in the list we are still working to acquire sourcing information for, these are notated and will be updated with source information as soon as possible.

In the October 2023 indictment under case 2023R572, these charges have been re-indicted as counts 1-4 and all are described to have occurred on November 13th, 2020. We’ve now updated the timeline to represent this.
Entries in the timeline have been color-coded for easier navigation for certain aspects of the case, please use the key below for each color’s description.

We’ve been able to obtain a copy of the incident report pertaining to this incident. The narrative in the report states the following: 911 Dispatched an officer to 2124 Lakeside Way after being contact by Lt E. Rivera. Lt. Rivera had been contacted directly by Jeremey Arnold Walker who stated that Reginald Robertson was at their apartment attempting to make entry into their apartment.
When the officer arrived, he did not see Robertson in the area and went to speak with Walker. Walker stated that he and his girlfriend, Nicole Yates, had spotted Robertson in the parking lot as he was putting boxes into a burgundy Dodge Charger with black rims, and not wanting to have contact with him had gone into their apartment. A short time later Robertson came to their door yelling, knocking and attempting to open the door handle. During the verbal exchange Robertson demanded the keys to a vehicle that he owns located in a garage on the property. Jeremey told the officer that the keys belonging to Robertson were located in a separate garage in the complex and that he didn’t have access to retrieve the keys.
Several officers searched the complex and were unable to locate Robertson or the Dodge Charger that Walker had described. As Walker indicated that Robertson’s actions made him fear his safety, the officer requested, and received a warrant against Robertson for the charges. He would be located and arrested the next day.
