In the wake of her Husband’s, and co-defendant’s August 22nd negotiated guilty plea in the death of their daughter Aleigha Lee that would have seen him testify against her, Elizabeth Lee entered her own negotiated plea on September 7th, 2023.
According to court documents, Elizabeth Lynn Lee entered a negotiated guilty plea that saw her plead guilty to a single count of Felony Murder with the remaining 11 counts against her being dropped by the DA’s office.
In return for her guilty plea, Lee was sentenced to life in prison with the possibility of parole. She will be given credit for the time she’s served since the 2018 death of her 2-year-old daughter.
The second part of the plea restrains Lee from having any contact with her biological minor children.
