Effective 2 September 2026. These terms govern your use of NCST Reports (ncst.report and www.ncst.report), operated by R41D41 Industries, LLC (“we,” “us”).

Acceptance

By accessing the site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

The Site

NCST Reports publishes investigative and long-form reports, articles, media, and related material. We may change, correct, or remove content at any time.

License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to view the public site for personal, non-commercial use. You may link to our pages. You may not, without our prior written permission:

• Copy, scrape, or republish substantial portions of a report or the site
• Use our content to train machine-learning models
• Frame the site or remove attribution, trademarks, or notices
• Interfere with security, access controls, or other users

Short quotations with a link back, and other uses allowed by U.S. fair use, remain available under applicable law.

Questions You Submit

If you use Ask a Question, you represent that your submission is truthful to the best of your knowledge, that you have the right to send it, and that it does not include unlawful, defamatory, threatening, or confidential information you are not allowed to share.

You grant R41D41 Industries, LLC a worldwide, royalty-free license to review, store, edit for clarity or length, answer, email a reply to the address you provided, and—if we mark it public—publish the question and our answer on this site. We may decline, hide, or delete any submission. Providing a name or email does not entitle you to a reply or to publication.

No Professional Advice

Reports, articles, and Q&A are journalism and research for public information. They are not legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Do not rely on them as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional about your situation.

Accuracy

We work to be accurate and to update material when we learn of errors, but we do not warrant that the site is complete, current, or error-free. Named agencies, companies, and people are discussed as part of reporting; mention does not imply endorsement by them or by us.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, R41D41 Industries, LLC and its members, officers, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site or from content on it. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to fifty U.S. dollars (US$50).

Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and reasonable legal fees arising from your submissions or your violation of these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Georgia have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property or the site.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
