Reginald Roderick Robertson and Jeremy Arnold Walker Sr were both indicted by a Coweta County Grand Jury on October 16th, 2023. The indictment contains 10 counts, with 2 of the counts being against both defendants.

We’ve obtained a copy of the indictment and will be covering some new information that has become available with its release.

November 2020 Charges

On July 13th, 2021, Robertson was indicted by a Coweta County Grand Jury on the following charges in relation to an incident that occurred on November 13th, 2020. These charges were under case 2021R660 and are the charges for which he’s been jailed since his arrest on April 21, 2021.

With the October 16th indictment, these charges have been brought forward to the new case 2023R572 as counts 1 – 4.

Count 5 ( Rape ) charges that Robertson raped Foster during this time period.

Count 6 ( Malice Murder ) charges that Robertson, with malicious intent, murdered Foster during this time period.

Count 7 ( Conceal Death of Another ) charges that both Robertson and Walker conspired to conceal the death of Foster.

Count 8 ( Financial Transaction Card Fraud ) charges that Robertson unlawfully obtained cash using Foster’s Navy Federal Debit Card.

Count 9 ( Theft by Taking ) charges that both Robertson and Walker stole Foster’s 2020 Nissan Altima, by taking it without her knowledge and leaving it in a parking lot off Godby Rd in College Park.

Count 10 ( Forgery in the First Degree ) charges that Robertson forged a payment instrument with Foster’s name and attempted to deliver, or cash it.

Foster’s Family and the CCSO held a press conference asking for the public’s help in locating here. Robertson speaks stating this wasn’t like her and for her to come home.
