Trinity Grace Pittman was found guilty by a Coweta County Jury in the October 2019 death of her toddler son.

Jeremey Dequain Davis, who was Pittman’s live-in boyfriend, plead guilty as part of a negotiated plea after the presiding Judge approved to sever his case from Pittmans in May of 2023. More information about Davis’ plea can be found here.

Prosecutors decided to take Felony Murder off the table, instead charging her with Murder 2nd Degree. The Jury found Pittman guilty of Involuntary Manslaughter, a lesser included offense. 

As of February 23, 2024, Pittman is being housed at the Arrendale State Prison in Raoul, GA. She’s been assigned the DOC# 1003519016. Her MAX possible release date is 10/25/2079.
